Ausbrush gates are made to order and include high quality hinges, striker plate, 'D' Latch and handles.  The frame is brush rolled in the factory.  Usually the gate posts are obtained from local sources and painted or powder coated, but can also be brush rolled.  If the posts are to be brush rolled, additional space needs to be left between gate and post to provide sufficient working clearance.  The standard pedestrian gate is 1760mm high x 880mm wide to suit an opening of 950mm where the gate posts are to be brush rolled, or 900mm where they are to be painted.  The gate height allows for 40mm ground clearance in conjunction with 1700mm high panels on a 100mm high base. 

After setting the posts, fixing a gate is simply a matter of screwing the hinges (6 screws) to the gate post and fixing the latch also with self drilling/tapping screws.
