1.    SIZES - RAW BRUSHWOOD PANELS (without framing) and BRUSHWOOD FINISHES

ausbrush supplies raw, machine compressed, brushwood fencing panels to fencing contractors, DIY handymen and distributors worldwide.  Brush panels are produced in many sizes, but primarily in a format 1700mm high, in widths from 1000mm to 2600mm, in thickness of 48mm and 58mm and weights of around 37 to 40Kg for an 1100mm wide panel, (depending moisture content of brush and panel thickness).

In late 2008 we will be adding 1800mm high and 2000mm high panels to our product range, although the present standard of 1700mm is ideal for most fencing installations.  An overall height of up to 1800 to 2000mm can also be achieved with 1700mm high panels, depending on base height and top finish etc.  The panels can be easily cut to lesser height on site, using a power saw and ripping blade and panels can be cut for width using pliers.

The size and thickness of brushwood panels needed will depend on the framing system and number of persons installing.  Generally for a one person install (eg using the "offset system"), a panel width of 1100mm is manageable (37 to 40kg), but for panels wider than 1400mm and in pre-framed panels, two persons are needed for ease of panel handling and installation.

We are the only Australian brushwood panel supplier to offer as an option, a specially coated brush panel which has preservative, anti-fungal, pest resistant and fire retardant properties.  Pre-treated panels in ausbrush 'ProtaCoat'  finish are available initially from May 2008 in 1700mm high x 1100mm wide x 48mm panel size.  ausbrush'ProtaCoat' can also be purchased in 4 litre containers and applied after fence installation to any of our panels.

2.     SIZES - FACTORY PRE-FRAMED BRUSHWOOD  PANELS

ausbrush supplies fully assembled, powder-coated steel channel framed, brush fencing panels incorporating legs, which are ready to install and simply requires digging holes, standing the panels, concreting the holes and they are done.  These panels are available in a two legged version and also a patented and versatile one legged interlocking version, well suited for sloping site or level terrain installation.  Typical uses include, unit dividers, partitions, fencing, privacy fence screens, sloping site installations, service enclosures - such as rubbish, / trash, pool pump enclosures - patio and swimming pool fencing, golf course service yards, car park enclosures, windbreaks, tourist resort screening, screening of building extensions and service yards and temporary event screening.

3.     SIZES - BRUSHWOOD ROLL-TOP & POST-ROLL FINISHES

ausbrush supplies brush roll-tops ('rollcap') and post rolls for use in fence finishing.  The rolls have wires incorporated which are long enough to provide securing on installation.  The wire ends are folded underneath for shipping purposes.  Roll-tops secure as a tensioned wire loop, while post rolls tie off to the panel 'running' wires on either side.

The Roll Tops which are made in various lengths can be blended during installation at the joins to form a seamless roll.  Any cut length of roll-top can be ordered, a multiple of 200mm (eg 1800, 2000, 2200mm etc) and is usually dictated by the size/format of the panels on which it is to be stacked for shipping.  Normally 1800mm long roll tops are shipped on top of panels up to 1800mm in width and 2200mm long roll tops with 2200mm wide panels.

Post Rolls are made 1700mm long and in two different widths to suit either end post covering, or covering the mid-posts on the face of the fence.  Post rolls are available in two varieties, standard post rolls, used for covering the face of mid posts and wider end-post rolls used to wrap around the end fence posts.

4.     SIZES - BRUSH GATES

ausbrush supplies standard sizes of brushwood pedestrian and driveway gates for both 'post and rail' framing system fences and also for the factory pre-framed modular systems and also makes other gate sizes to order.  The gates for the post and rail fences have brush roll finishes to match, while the modular gates have powder-coated steel channel finishes to match that fencing system.
